Lecturer/Senior Lecturer position available at CATCH ME Partner - Institute of Cardiovascular Science at University of Birmingham
 
The Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences wishes to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer with research interests in cellular and molecular mechanisms of cardiovascular disease and ability to assist in delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in cardiovascular science.
 
An applicant with an appropriate qualifications may be considered for appointment at Reader level. 
 
You will join a young, growing, internationally networked Institute, creating exciting new insights into the genetic and molecular mechanisms of thromboinflammatory disorders, atrial fibrillation and cardiomyopathies from complex molecular mechanisms to patient benefit.
 
The successful candidate will create and disseminate knowledge at a senior through initiating and conducting original research, through publication and through developing and delivering undergraduate, postgraduate and CPD programmes, as appropriate to the disciplinary area. In addition, to contribute to the department/school through management/leadership, and enterprise activities, as appropriate.
