The meeting started off with a session in which the most significant achievements of the first three years of the CATCH ME project were presented to the advisory board. These included published results of the MunichBREW study, AXAFA trial and the CATCH ME apps as well as unpublished data. This session provided the great opportunity to discuss the findings and receive valuable input for the final year of the project from the external experts of the CATCH ME advisory board.

During the following sessions each work package was addressed in detail and the current status, results available at present and the steps to be taken for the last twelve months were discussed between the 25 CATCH ME partners. The focus was laid on completing the publication on mRNA sequencing, finalizing the combined database comprising cohorts of all partners and the high-throughput biomarker analysis of blood samples.
